The unique GreaseBoss Head Unit is the first product to market that gives operators track and trace capability on manual greasing. It tracks each grease point on a point by point basis, as the operator completes the grease rounds. If an operator forgets to grease a machine, an alert is generated on the screen or in the inbox for corrective action. The head unit downloads the greasing schedule from the cloud and displays it on screen, the head unit uploads the volume of grease, time and date when a point is greased.
The GreaseBoss End Point is a the first product to market that gives operators the ability to remotely manage and monitor auto-lubricator systems. The end point is a sensor that sits at the point of grease injection on an auto-lubrication line and monitors the volume of grease injected into the grease point. It reports the volume, time and date back the cloud. If there is a blockage or grease is not delivered, this is flagged and reported to the operator for corrective action.
Data from the Head Unit and End Point are reported back to the GreaseCloud for calculation and comparison against the schedule. The GreaseCloud auto-generates an email showing the compliance with the grease schedule by both manual grease guns and auto-lubers over the period, exceptions are highlighted giving operators an opportunity to take corrective action. GreaseBoss actively works with customers through its customer success program to identify problems and improve greasing compliance as they use the system.
The GreaseCloud is available through a browser on any device and can be deployed through the public cloud or on a private network.
