IPACS Australia design, develop and sell asset management hardware technology and software, with their specialist Asset Optimisation Technology and Remote Asset Management Centre.

IPACS Australia are leaders in the collection, monitoring and reporting of real-time asset performance across a number of industries including: healthcare, mining and resources, defence, energy and manufacturing.

The team provide secure, reliable and low-cost collection and transmission of remote sensor data – across any enterprise and from anywhere in the world. Their suite of technologies – which include IT infrastructure management, asset data management, analytics and dashboards – provide real-time feedback on the performance of businesses critical assets, wherever they are located.

IPACS knows that data is only as good as the interpretation and application of it. This principle has been a key to their rapid growth and success. By providing partner organisations with a simple analysis of the data obtained and subsequent reports in clear, easily understood formats, IPACS is enabling organisations to make informed and timely decisions across many functions of their respective business.

IPACS provides solutions to organisations, helping them to reduce maintenance costs, increase asset reliability, increase efficiency in asset maintenance, accurately find faults and increase productivity. Their capability as an organisations stretches across a number of industries and includes expertise in smart infrastructure, from computer networking to virtualisation, IT infrastructure management and embedded sensing. Management of asset data including large-scale secure and reliable data management with an understanding of asset frameworks and predictive analytics for optimised asset performance enables organisations to make timely and accurate asset planning decisions.

Beyond this, IPACS is responsible for the delivery of South Australia’s pioneering Remote Operation Centre, which opened in March 2015 to service the state’s valuable resources industry. The centre monitors the real-time asset performance of mining vehicles, boilers, smelters, SCADA systems and mining fixed-plant infrastructure for some of the world’s largest miners and contract miners – including Arrium/Lucas, Thiess and OZ Minerals.
