On inception in 2015, Resolution Systems set out to maximise fuel efficiency in mine sites. Resolution Systems’ flagship product MaxMine is a next-generation automated business improvement product. Using data science, MaxMine is able to perform advanced analytics on mobile equipment, producing operational data to deliver significant cost savings and productivity gains to open-pit mining operations.

MaxMine uses a combination of hardware and sensor detection devices fitted across the mine site paired with complete remote communication and connectivity tools that are fully automated and don’t rely on a WiFi connection. 

MaxMine takes analytics gathered across the site and using state-of-the-art visualisation tools can clean, quality check and arrange data in highly structured, highly accurate ways, giving users a complete picture of mine productivity in real-time. The system is so intuitive that it can also identify problem areas and associated causes, giving managers the opportunity to rectify small issues such as air pressure in tyres, before they become larger, more costly or potentially highly dangerous problems. MaxMine also provides onsite, in house coaching to aid in the uptake and implementation of productivity and safety initiatives.
